East Coast Community Recovery

The MQI CRIS Project provides community-focused supports for adults over 18 and their families, focusing on the provision of treatment supports and integration support. The Project operates across Wicklow (excluding Bray and Blessington) and South Dublin (between Grand Canal and Dun Laoghaire.) The MQI CRIS Project is a free and confidential service that works with external agencies for the best possible outcome for clients.

The Project has Community Integration Workers who offer a wide range of interventions:

  • One-to-one or group family support for people affected by a relative’s drug and/or alcohol use.

CRIS Client Survey

The team at CRIS is committed to ensuring that our clients are at the heart of our service. To this end, we are committed to completing client satisfaction surveys on an ongoing basis. This will allow for a continuous review of service provision and for the team to implement positive changes to the service where required and possible.

We are delighted to say that the results of the first CRIS survey showed that all clients found the wait time for their first appointment and the availability of appointments each week ‘very good’ or ‘good’.

Everyone using the service found both the communication with their keyworker and the ease of contacting the CRIS service to be ‘very good’.

100% of clients ‘strongly agreed’ or ‘agreed’ that they have built a rapport with their keyworker, feel ‘very respected’ by their keyworker, are ‘very satisfied’ with the methods used by their keyworker, and are ‘very satisfied’ with the hospitality that is shown to them.

We hope the results of this survey encourage even more people to use the service and that it guides our commitment to ongoing improvement.
