COVID-19 Update to Services

We are passionately working to safeguard our clients and staff. At the moment, this means reviewing our services on a daily basis. The updates to our services are as follows:

▪️ We are providing take-out food service, including hot meals, between 8.00am and 2.00pm and 3.00pm and 9.00pm from the Friary on Cook Street.  This service also offers crisis contacts service and brief face to face interventions.

▪️ The Mental Health Case workers continue to provide support over the phone and emergency face to face interventions.

▪️ We are providing take-out harm reduction services between 8.00am and 9.00pm from our Riverbank building.  We also offer condensed Naloxone administration training to clients and have commenced a mobile outreach harm reduction service.

▪️ Sunday service is open from 9am to 1pm from Riverbank (food take out and needle exchange)

▪️ Our doctor and nursing services remain operational. We are following HSE guidance in regards to medical service provision.

▪️ Community engagement patrols are continuing.

▪️ The Family Support service remains operational by phone and online.

▪️ MQI DATS, our service in the Midlands, continues to provide mobile harm reduction services and support to clients is being offered over the phone.

▪️ MQI CRIS, our service in the East Coast (Wicklow & Arklow), client engagement and support is being offered over the phone.

▪️ Our Harm Reduction Service in the North East continues.

▪️ Our Detox & Rehabilitation Services in St. Francis Farm, Tullow and High Park, Drumcondra are currently operating as normal, taking precautions to restrict visits to the sites and are not currently conducting assessments or new admissions.
