A monthly gift helps us to plan ahead and know that we can help more people

This Christmas you can help people who are hungry and homeless.

After the tragic death of his son, Dermot found himself homeless, heartbroken, and deeply depressed.  He wandered the streets, feeling nothing but darkness and despair. But when Dermot came to MQI, he said, “You welcomed me in. You brought me out of the cold and rain. I was among friendly people. It felt like I’d come home.”

This year, there are more people than ever before who will be homeless this Christmas.  Some have suffered a tragedy, like Dermot. Others are caught up in the cost-of-living crisis – unable to make ends meet.

Your donation today will help provide a decent meal, a cup of tea, a hot shower, and a change of clothes for people who are hungry and homeless this Christmas.  You will also be providing vital medical care– with a nurse to dress weary feet, a doctor to treat chest infections from sleeping in doorways and a specialist to talk to about mental health.
