Jennifer Kitson
Head of Fundraising & Communications
Jennifer Kitson was appointed Head of Fundraising and Communications at Merchants Quay Ireland in July 2026. She brings more than a decade's experience in fundraising and the not-for-profit sector, having held senior fundraising, marketing and leadership roles with Dublin Simon Community, Concern Worldwide and MQI previously. Jennifer has worked across a broad range of fundraising disciplines, including individual giving, philanthropy and corporate partnerships. She holds a BA from the University of Limerick and an MSc in International Relations from University College Dublin. As part of MQI's Executive Team, Jennifer is responsible for leading the organisation's fundraising and communications strategy, helping to secure sustainable income, raise awareness of MQI's work and strengthen its voice on issues affecting people experiencing homelessness and addiction.
