Meadhbh McCann

Meadhbh joined MQI in January 2025 from KPMG where she was a Director in the People & Change Management Consultancy Practice. During her time with KPMG, Meadhbh worked predominantly with public sector clients on a range of complex programmes designed to improve people practices and organisational capability. Prior to joining KPMG, Meadhbh worked in the not-for-profit sector for a number of years, holding management positions in the fields of Quality, Practice Development, Change Management and Volunteer Programme Management. Meadhbh is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
